General Support Plan (GSP's)
This support package consists of a designated number of 'GSP points' which
can be utilised for on site, remote or telephone support. A GSP gives clients
the benefit of having qualified Network Consultants available to carry out network
tuning and performance improvements plus directly assist with any network related
issues, at the client's discretion.
Rates are set for a 12-month term and are based on the number of GSP points
initially taken out. The greater the number of points committed to, the lower
the rate. If all GSP points are used up within the term, additional points may
be added during the term at the same effective rate.
